Policies

We want you to be 100% satisfied. If you receive a product from Quilts 'n More that is defective or not what you thought it would be, return it within 30 days for a full refund excluding shipping. If the product was fabric, it must be returned unwashed and uncut. No returns on books or patterns.

We will accept Visa or Mastercard.

We will ship USPS. No orders from outside the U.S.

We will ship within 3 business days of receiving the order if the merchandise is in stock and will notify you of the shipping date by e-mail. If the shipment cannot be filled immediately, we will also notify you.
